Exchange Policy

Unlike many other artificial jewellery brands, Jadeno Jewellery offers exchange options to facilitate its customers.

If you have received a faulty or a damaged product, please take its picture immediately and share it with our Customer Service on the same day you receive it. Our representatives will be in touch with you in two business days. Should they find the product to be faulty, The product will be excahnged. However, please note that you must make the complaint and return the product within one day of receiving the order to claim exchange.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product or have had a change of heart, You will be offered the exchange option. Once the three-day time has lapsed, you won't be able to exchange the product.

Conditions for Exchange

- Product(s) must be unused.

- For exchange, product(s) must be sent back to Jadeno within one day of receiving the order.

- The customer will have to pay and send the product back via courier service to Jadeno Jewellery.
