Exchange Policy
At Jadeno Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer an exchange facility under the following terms and conditions.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please take clear pictures immediately and share them with our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. Our representatives will review your request and contact you within two business days.
If the product is verified as faulty, it will be exchanged, subject to stock availability. To claim an exchange, the complaint must be raised and the product must be returned within one (1) day of receiving the order.
Exchange Due to Customer Preference
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange option within one (1) days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Please note that exchange due to change of mind is not applicable.
Conditions for Exchange

Items must be returned to Jadeno Jewellery within one (1) day of delivery for exchange processing.

Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

The exchange/return policy is applicable only on items sold at the actual price and does not apply to items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices.

Damages caused by negligence, improper usage, or handling are not covered under this policy.
Refund Policy (No Refunds)
At Jadeno Jewellery, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a fair and convenient exchange option to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience with our products.
This approach allows us to maintain quality standards while offering flexibility through exchanges wherever applicable.

This video is mandatory for any claims related to missing, damaged, or faulty items.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Claims made after this period will not be entertained, and the company will not be held responsible.
